Life can often feel busy and overwhelming, whether the stress comes from relationships, work, family responsibilities, or the quiet challenges we carry day to day. During these times, it’s important to remember that you are not alone—and that support is available.

My name is Brenda Poston, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently working toward my Master’s degree at Walden University. I believe that everyone experiences difficult seasons in life, and having a safe, compassionate space to talk and feel heard can make a meaningful difference. I strive to build authentic, supportive relationships with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, clarity, and balance.

I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Washington, where I discovered a strong desire to continue my education and pursue a career in counseling. This path led me to begin my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal of supporting others through times of stress, transition, and emotional difficulty. I approach my work with warmth, respect, and genuine care, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients during their healing process.
