Life can feel increasingly busy and overwhelming, whether the stress comes from relationships, work, family responsibilities, or the quiet challenges we carry day to day. During these times, it’s important to know that you are not alone—and that support is available.

My name is Brenda Poston, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern. I believe that everyone experiences difficult seasons in life, and having a safe, compassionate space to talk and be heard can make a meaningful difference. I look forward to building authentic, supportive relationships with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing, clarity, and balance.

I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Washington, and through that journey I discovered a strong desire to continue my education and pursue a career in counseling. This led me to begin my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal of supporting others through times of stress, transition, and emotional difficulty. I approach my work with warmth, respect, and genuine care, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients during their healing process.
