Associate Mental Health clinicians

Lake Tapps Counseling is located in Lake Tapps, WA and in Buckley, WA. We are dedicated to providing evidence-based care to reduce suffering and increase the quality of life for children, adults, couples and families in our community.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking full-time and part-time associate licensed clinicians to join Lake Tapps Counseling at our Buckley Location. This is a great opportunity for an associate level clinician to build hours toward licensure in a private practice setting.

In person availability and WA residency is a requirement for this position. Candidates must possess a master's degree and Washington State licensure. We are open to LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW (including associates). Must be a resident in WA State and Must be able to work in person at our offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters Degree in Social Services field (required)

• Mental Health Associate licensure

• Experience and training with specific evidences based trainings working with children, adolescents, families or couples (CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman, etc)

• Experience in trauma work is highly desired

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer literacy skills

• Comfortable in both routine and stressful situations

• Able to complete intakes and diagnose

• Ability to work a minimum of 15 session/weeks.
