Whitney Pribble
LMHC
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and deeply human. My goal is to create a space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you, gain new perspective, and feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to build.
I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, and major life transitions, as well as those exploring identity, relationship patterns, and self-worth. I also have a special interest in supporting first responders and their spouses, along with individuals experiencing fertility challenges, parenting stress, and personal growth in changing seasons of life.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I see you as the expert of your own experience. I draw from mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, and creative strategies like journaling, art, and narrative exploration to support healing and growth. I believe that real change begins with awareness—and that awareness grows in the presence of compassion, curiosity, and trust.
